Charlotte Cawthorne, Consultant, Impact UK

Before joining Impact, Charlotte spent 12 years collaborating with over 2000 environmental and humanitarian impact initiatives all over the world to drive sustainability action through programmes at McKinsey, The Prince’s Charities and innocent drinks. Her focus topics were sustainable energy, forestry, marine fisheries and agriculture but influencing behaviour change was always at the core. Recognising that the success of environmental and social programmes always comes down to the behavioural competencies of the people involved and their ability to influence change, Charlotte has spent the last few years working in learning and development. She is driven to accelerate environmental and social action by creating high performing teams in purpose-driven organisations
