What will consumption be like in 2030? How can we create products and services that enable all people in the UK to live better, healthier and happier lives?

Join UKSSD and Bioregional for an inspiring and dynamic half-day workshop as we take a trip to 2030 and explore the future role of consumers and producers through the lens of Sustainable Development Goal 12, which aims to ‘ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns’ by 2030

20 November 2018

9am-12.30pm, London

At this workshop you can expect to:

  1. Explore society’s needs and aspirations in 2030 and the actions needed to achieve Goal 12 of the SDGs
  2. Understand the challenges of producing the goods and services that are necessary for human wellbeing without damaging the planet
  3. Focus on unsustainable consumption patterns to identify solutions and the role of different organisations in delivering these
  4. Identify opportunities to collaborate with other participants to amplify your impact

At the end of this workshop we hope that we will have identified actions that will help us to work together to act on the Sustainable Development Goals in the UK through the lens of Goal 12
