In a letter addressed to UKSSD Co-chair Dominic White, the Assistant Private Secretary to the Prime Minister confirms once again that the Government is ‘committed to promoting and delivering the Sustainable Development Goals’.

The letter then confirms that the Government will soon ‘invite input from a range of sectors and organisations to capture the contributions being made on this agenda’ as part of the process for the UK’s report to the UN in 2019.

We’re pleased that the letter has also confirmed that Measuring up ‘will be considered as part of this input’.

We’re still waiting for further clarity on the reporting process and how stakeholders can get involved but following our meeting with DFID at the end of July we’re hopeful we can share more soon.
