Loftus Road in London hosts QPR taking on West Bromwich Albion, with the game live in front of the Sky Sports Football cameras this Saturday lunchtime.
QPR finished last season with a crucial three-match winning run of form, securing their status in the Championship after a tricky spell which saw the Hoops threatened with relegation.
Their opponents West Brom reached the playoffs last season but came up short after a defeat by Southampton, who went on to be promoted to the Premier League.
The Baggies will be hoping to go one step further this season.

The Hoops pre-season kicked off on a high note with wins against UE Santa Coloma and FC Lescala, though these teams are not at the Championship level.
Martí Cifuentes side struggled against higher-caliber opposition, enduring defeats to Tottenham, Reading, and Brighton.
The Baggies finished the previous season in fifth place and in the playoffs but were defeated by Russell Martin’s Southampton side.
During their pre-season, Carlos Corberán’s West Brom side played six friendlies but clinched only one victory, against Peterborough United.
QPR will be looking to get their season off to the perfect start but victory over the Baggies won’t be easy, with Corberán’s side the favourties to take all three points back to the Hawthorns.
