What are the Day one Cheltenham Tips
Our Cheltenham day 1 tips are available to read here. The 2021 Cheltenham Festival begins (without the famous Cheltenham Roar) this time on Tuesday March 16th, with the opening race the Supreme Novices Hurdle. Appreciate it is the current favourite at 11/4 in the betting.
This is always a competitive opener and sets us up nicely for the featured race on the opening day, the Champion Hurdle.
What are the Cheltenham Day Two Tips?
Day Two on the Wednesday 17th March 2021 starts off with the Ballymore Novices Hurdle.
This is followed up by the feature race of the day, the Champion Chase at 15:30. Chacon Pour Soi it is the current favourite at 9/5. All our Cheltenham day 2 tips can be found here.
This is one of the most popular races of the Cheltenham Festival.
What are the Cheltenham Day Three Tips?
Thursday at the Cheltenham Festival is known as St Patricks Day and opens with the Marsh Novices Chase. There’s certainly to be plenty of high spirits and Guinness involved – you can read all about our Cheltenham day 3 tips here.
The Stayers Hurdle is the feature race at 15:30, with Paisley Park the current favourite at 10/3.
What are the Cheltenham Day Four Tips?
Day Four, Friday at the Cheltenham Festival features the stand out race of the four day’s the 2021 Cheltenham Gold Cup, which takes place at 15:30.
Al Boum Photo heads the market currently, and can be backed at 4/1.
It should prove to be an outstanding spectacle for all race goers, and should bring down the 2021 Cheltenham Festival to a fitting finale.
By June 2020 UKSSD had become an influential and thriving cross-sector network. Together its partners wanted to create a future where all people in the UK have a good life on a healthy planet – a vision the Sustainable Development Goals would help to realise.
UKSSD was launched at a conference in April 2016 to over 100 delegates and grew to have more than 1500 organisations in its network, representing most sectors and industries in the UK.
Its origins were in an event in 2015 where organisations started to discuss the opportunity created by the Sustainable Development Goals for the UK. As the Goals were being agreed at the United Nations in September 2015, Stakeholder Forum, WWF-UK and Bioregional agreed to create a new initiative which became UKSSD. A steering group was formed to help manage the initiative and represent the interest of its growing number of partner organisations.
Over time our network grew substantially to exceed 130 partner organisations, with a wider network which represented most sectors and industries in the UK.
Our work was a powerful demonstration of what can be achieved through collaboration among different sectors and industries. Our most notable project was a landmark report, Measuring up, which has been downloaded more than 12,000 times, featured in the media and used extensively in discussions and debates on the Goals, including in Parliament. It is as relevant today as it was when it was launched in 2018.
Despite the success of the initiative, in 2020 a change in our team led to rethinking the form of UKSSD and the decision was taken to pass the mission of the network on to the UN Global Compact Network UK. The UN Global Compact Network was one of UKSSD’s first partners, we shared a strong commitment to advancing the SDGs and had recently shown we could achieve a bigger impact by combining our networks with a letter from over 150 business, civil society and public figures to the Prime Minister.
UKSSD’s projects live on through the work of the UN Global Compact Network and our partners. They continue to make an important contribution to accelerating progress on the Sustainable Development Goals in the UK.
