Luton Town FC
For Luton, maintaining stability on and off the pitch will be crucial.
Although the Hatters have made only two signings since their relegation, they have retained most of their key players, losing only Ross Barkley who has remained in the Premier League.
Luton also continue with the same manager who led them to promotion, and Rob Edwards will be hopeful of a quick rebound back up to the top tier of English football.
Burnley FC
Burnley, who finished just two points behind Luton, have undergone a major change in management.
Vincent Kompany left his role at Turf Moor for Bayern Munich in May, leading to the appointment of former England midfielder Scott Parker on July 5th.
Assistant Craig Bellamy also left the club, moving to a senior management role for the Welsh National side.
Both these sides will have big ambitions coming into the new Championship season and a defeat for either would be a significant blow to confidence this early in proceedings.
